Welcome to IT support at the Australian School of Business. We provide:
- Specialised support to ASB Staff (including Adjunct and Visiting Academics) for locally managed IT systems (administrative, research and teaching environment).
- Technical support to ASB Students (including undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, PhD & course participants).
The Services we offer
IT @ ASB provides:
- Technical advice
- Assistance on Acquiring and deploying IT equipment
- Access to email, file, print and network (wireless is provided via UNSW systems although we can help with connection)
- Technical development and support of the ASB teaching and research environment

ITAC and Governance
The ASB IT Advisory Committee (ITAC) was formed in October 2008 to help align IT@ASB activities to the ASB strategic and operational needs.
The committee consists of the following members in the respective positions: Gary Gregory (Academic Chair), Kingsley Fong (Academic), Greg Stephens (Academic), Ben Greiner (Academic), Bindya Subba (Administrative Officer), Erica Bowron (Professional and Technical Staff), Shawn Sijnstra (IT Manager), Soheila Rafie (IT Staff), James Leeper (Director of Faculty IT), and Simon Arnold (General Manager).
