All new full time academic staff (at A, B and C levels of appointment) are required to attend the UNSW 'Foundations of University Learning and Teaching' (FULT) program. The program is designed for UNSW teaching staff and consists of an intensive five-day workshop and four additional half-day workshops.  The FULT program targets teaching staff with little or no experience of teaching in higher education.  The program is free for all UNSW staff with a current teaching role.
